4. How long does shipping take?

For orders in the country, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days. International orders may take 10–15 days. We pack all jewellery carefully so it arrives safely.

5. How can I track my order?

After your order is shipped, we send you a tracking number by email. You can use it to see where your package is. If you have any trouble, our support team is happy to help.

6. Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, you can return or exchange items within 14 days. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Custom-made jewellery may have special rules, which we will explain when you order.

Keep your jewellery away from chemicals, water, and very hot or cold places. Store pieces separately in a soft pouch or box. You can clean them with a soft cloth to keep them shiny.

8. Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, we offer a one-year warranty for any manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from wear and tear or accidents. Contact our support team for help with repairs or claims.
